14 days before arrival: deposit is refunded less a $100 administration fee; within 14 days of arrival: deposit forfeited.

No lifeguards on duty, children are the responsibility of their guardians.
*Children under the age of 13 stay in the room for free (with the exception of the service fee) and anyone older is considered as an adult.
