How many rooms does AZURA have?
AZURA currently offers 55 accommodations, including a mix of Ocean View Rooms, Oceanfront Rooms, and spacious One, Two and Three-Bedroom Suites. Every room on property enjoys ocean views, with many featuring private terraces overlooking Bermuda’s South Shore.
What amenities are included in your suites?
Our suites offer the convenience of home with fully equipped kitchens, separate living areas, private terraces, smart TVs, Nespresso machines, and in-suite laundry (washer and dryer). They’re ideal for families, couples, remote workers, and extended stays.
Do any of the buildings have elevators?
Yes. Our oceanfront building, Nautilus Beach Residences, is equipped with an elevator. If elevator access is important to you, please let our Reservations team know when booking so we can recommend the most suitable accommodation. Our newest building, scheduled for completion in Summer 2027, will also feature elevator access.
Is there a gym onsite?
Yes. Guests have complimentary access to our Fitness & Wellness Center, which includes a Peloton bike, treadmill, elliptical machine, free weights, changing rooms, showers, and a sauna. The facility overlooks the ocean, creating a unique workout experience. Our wellness offerings will be further expanded with the opening of our newest building in Summer 2027.
Is there a spa onsite?
While we do not currently have a full-service spa, we offer in-room spa treatments, allowing guests to enjoy massages and wellness services in the comfort of their room or suite. We also have two saunas on property—one located within the Fitness & Wellness Center and another on the Seascape Rooftop beside the Sky Pool.
Do you offer accessible accommodations?
Yes. We offer select Ocean View and Oceanfront accommodations on the ground floor that are easily accessible. We recommend contacting our Reservations team prior to booking so we can ensure we assign the room best suited to your needs.
What do I need to check in?
Please present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card in the same name as the reservation at check-in.
Are there coffee makers in the rooms?
Yes. All rooms and suites are equipped with Nespresso coffee machines, along with complimentary coffee capsules replenished throughout your stay.
How far is AZURA from the airport?
AZURA is located approximately 25-35 minutes from L.F. Wade International Airport by taxi, depending on traffic and time of day.
Do you offer airport transportation?
While we do not operate a hotel shuttle, our team would be delighted to arrange a taxi for your arrival or departure. Simply contact us prior to your trip or speak with the Front Desk during your stay.
How far is AZURA from Hamilton?
AZURA is located approximately 10 minutes from the City of Hamilton by taxi, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife, and Bermuda’s waterfront.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is available daily at SURF Restaurant. Guests may add our Bed & Breakfast package when booking for the best value.
Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary parking is available for all registered guests.
Is AZURA pet-friendly?
Unfortunately, AZURA does not currently allow pets.
Does AZURA have a restaurant?
Yes. Our oceanfront restaurant, SURF, serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, and weekend live music (seasonal), all overlooking Bermuda’s stunning South Shore.
How many pools does AZURA have?
AZURA features four pools across the property, including our signature saltwater Ocean Pool and Beach Bar, the Terrace Pool, the Sky Pool, and the Palm Pool, each offering a unique setting to relax and unwind.
Is the beach swimmable?
Yes. AZURA offers a series of pink-sand beach terraces with direct ocean access. Beach conditions can vary depending on tides and weather, but guests can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and simply relaxing by the water or in our Ocean Pool.
